Graham County Chamber of Commerce Announces Temporary Closure for System Migration

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

SAFFORD, Ariz. — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce will be temporarily closed from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Friday, June 5th, as staff completes the migration of the organization’s digital systems to Google Workspace.

The planned transition is part of the Chamber’s ongoing efforts to improve operational efficiency, collaboration and service delivery for members and the community.

During the four-hour closure, Chamber staff will have limited access to internal systems while data and communications platforms are transferred to the new environment. Normal business operations will resume at 2 p.m.

The Chamber emphasized that members and community partners will not experience changes to Chamber email addresses, website access or existing contact information as a result of the migration.

“We appreciate the community’s patience during this brief service interruption as we complete this important technology upgrade,” said Matt Valderrama-Svee, the Chamber’s Team Assistant. “This transition will provide enhanced tools and greater efficiency while maintaining the same reliable points of contact our members and partners already use.”

For urgent matters during the closure period, community members are encouraged to leave a voicemail or email message, which will be addressed as soon as regular operations resume.
