FYI: Zeffy, our payment partner, is a 501c3 charitable nonprofit. They may ask you for a voluntary contribution. A voluntary contribution is an additional amount you can choose to give to support Zeffy. This is their only source of revenue and allows them to cover all of the fees for the 100,000+ nonprofits that fundraise with Zeffy.
How does it work?
You’ll be asked if you’d like to give an additional contribution at the end of your transaction. If you wish to decline, select “other” and set the donation amount to $0.
Collectively, we keep Zeffy free.
Not everyone gives every time, and that’s okay. Their voluntary contribution model is just that: voluntary. If you choose not to leave an additional contribution, The Chamber still gets 100% of your Membership dues. Note: should you provide a Voluntary Contribution to Zeffy in error, The Graham County Chamber of Commerce cannot refund, or even see, that part of the transaction. refer to Zeffy’s Refund Policy for details.
