SAFFORD, Ariz. – The Gila Valley Women’s Cancer Support Group announces its June meeting, providing a supportive environment for women currently battling cancer, survivors, and caregivers of any cancer type. The group fosters positivity and encouragement, believing that each individual’s story can serve as a survival guide for others.

The upcoming meeting is scheduled for Thursday, June 18, 2026, from 12:30 pm to 1:30 pm. It will take place at the Cancer Center on the Mt. Graham Regional Medical Center Campus. This month’s session will feature Dr. Stephen Iacoboni, MD, an Oncologist at MGRMC, as a guest speaker.

The Gila Valley Women’s Cancer Support Group regularly hosts guest speakers who share their expertise on a variety of issues pertinent to cancer journeys. There will be no meeting held in July.
