PIMA, Ariz. — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce is seeking a limited number of food vendors for the upcoming Pima Pool Renovation Celebration and Ribbon Cutting scheduled for Saturday, May 23, at the Pima Pool located at 309 S. 100 East in Pima.
The community celebration will take place from noon to 5 p.m. and will recognize recent renovations and upgrades to the public pool facility. Chamber organizers said vendor participation will be intentionally limited because of the anticipated event size, with organizers currently seeking one savory food option and one sweet food option. Vendors capable of providing both menu types may be selected as the sole food vendor for the event.
Vendor booth rental fees are set at $20 per 10-foot space for Graham County Chamber of Commerce members and $75 per 10-foot space for non-members. Organizers noted that businesses may become chamber members prior to submitting payment in order to qualify for member pricing.
The vendor interest form was released Wednesday, May 6. Applications are due Monday, May 11, with selected vendors to be notified following the review process.
Selected vendors must submit all required documentation and payments to the chamber by Friday, May 15, including proof of insurance with a minimum of $2 million total coverage and $1 million per occurrence, a Town of Pima business license, a Graham County Health Department food permit and vendor booth rental payment.
Vendor setup times will be assigned at the time of vendor selection.
Applications are available at www.grahamchamber.org/vendors. Additional information is available by contacting Vance Bryce at 928-324-9335.
