Peppertree Studios managed by Keyhole properties is thrilled to announce their Ribbon Cutting Ceremony on Thursday, May 8, 2025, from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., with the official ribbon cutting taking place at 5:00 p.m. The newly renovated property is located at 1879 W Pepper Tree Drive, Safford, Arizona.

Peppertree Studios managed by keyhole properties offers 60 studios, 6 one-bedroom units, and 10 Airbnb studios, providing many options for both residents and visitors. The facility also boasts amenities such as mini golf, horseshoe pits, corn hole, laundry services and cleaning services. There is also a dedicated recreation room with vending machines. As part of the ceremony, attendees will enjoy refreshments and guided tours of the property.
