The Graham County Chamber of Commerce is thrilled to announce that vendor applications for the highly anticipated 2025 Safford Spring Festival and NatureSweet SalsaFest are now open! Vendors and food trucks from across the region are encouraged to apply to participate in these two premier community events.
Event Details:
- Safford Spring Festival: April 25th–26th, 2025
- NatureSweet SalsaFest: September 26th–27th, 2025
Vendor Registration Information:
Vendors must complete an online application for their desired event(s). If you’re unsure about participating in both festivals, you can submit a separate application later. Applications require uploading a City of Safford business license, proof of liability insurance, your logo, and merchandise photos to assist with event promotion.
Application Deadlines:
- Safford Spring Festival: March 15th, 2025
- NatureSweet SalsaFest: August 15th, 2025
Pricing:
- Chamber Members:
- 10×10 Space: $20 per space/day
- Food Trucks: $20 per day
- Non-Chamber Members:
- 10×10 Space: $240 for both days
- Food Trucks: $240 for both days
Important Instructions for Vendors:
- Upon acceptance, vendors will receive an email with an invoice. Spaces will not be assigned until payment is complete.
- All accepted vendors will receive a confirmation via Eventbrite and a digital marketing package to promote their participation.
- Vendors must comply with the event guidelines, including setup times, quiet generators, and display of all required licenses and insurance.
Both events offer vendors exceptional exposure to thousands of attendees eager to enjoy local food, arts, and entertainment.
