SAFFORD, Ariz. (Nov. 14, 2026) — The Graham County Chamber of Commerce invites community members to participate in the Aravaipa Creek Cleanup & Karaoke event in Klondyke, Arizona. This unique event offers two separate activities on November 14, 2026, allowing participants to volunteer by day and enjoy karaoke by night, or choose to join just one of the activities.
During the day, volunteers will gather to help remove invasive vinca plants and care for the beautiful Aravaipa Creek area. This environmental effort aims to preserve the natural habitat and promote the health of the local ecosystem. Those interested in volunteering can learn more and register for the invasive vinca removal project at https://www.neefusa.org/npld/aravaipa-creek-near-klondyke-az/aravaipa-creek-invasive-vinca-removal-2026.
In the evening, the fun continues with Karaoke in Klondyke at the Horsehead Lodge, located at 36951 W. Klondyke Rd., Klondyke, AZ 85643. The karaoke event runs from 6:00 to 10:00 p.m. Participants do not need to have volunteered during the day to attend karaoke, and vice versa. Registration for karaoke is separate and can be completed at https://form.jotform.com/262794836916171. Attendees who sing a song will receive a Klondike Bar as a sweet bonus.
For those wishing to extend their visit, camping and rooms are available at Horsehead Lodge. Interested parties can contact Dave or Beth at (928) 828-3335 for availability and more information.
This event is held in the spirit of Veterans Day, emphasizing gratitude, connection, and community. The Graham County Chamber of Commerce looks forward to bringing people together to learn, enjoy the outdoors, have fun, and celebrate those who have served.
