Shayleh Moffett, Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner, WHNP

Special areas of expertise: female wellness exams, infertility, PCOS, pelvic pain, abnormal uterine bleeding, contraception, prenatal/postpartum care, perimenopause/menopause.

Prior to specializing in women’s health, Shayleh cared for newborns with congenital heart defects in Phoenix and later worked with the adult population at Northern Cochise Community Hospital. Her experience with babies and women has been a significant influence in her life, as Shayleh is the daughter of five girls and a mother to six girls.

Shayleh is dedicated to building strong, long-term relationships with her patients. She takes pride in providing compassionate care, actively listens to your needs and questions, and strives to create a safe and supportive environment for her patients. Shayleh earned her RN at Scottsdale Community College, BSN at Grand Canyon University, and Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner MSN degree at the University of Cincinnati.

In addition to her work in women’s health, Shayleh is also a co-owner of Full Charge Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds a BJJ Blackbelt. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, practicing yoga, camping, and being outdoors.
