“Dr. Bedford joined the team at Mount Graham OB/GYN in August 2024. As a board certified OB/GYN, Dr. Bedford provides the full spectrum of gynecological and obstetrical care. He is also a certified menopause practitioner and has a special interest in osteopathic manipulative treatment during pregnancy. “Initially I was fascinated by childbirth and that part of life, and that expanded to incorporate all of women’s health,” Dr. Bedford says. “I became passionate about infertility and helping women create families, as well as women’s health later on in life.” Dr. Bedford earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from Western University of Health Sciences in Lebanon, Oregon. He then went on to complete an obstetrics and gynecology residency at Saint Joseph Mercy Oakland Hospital in Pontiac, Michigan. He and his family, including his wife and five daughters, recently moved from Texas to the Gila Valley to be closer to extended family. In his spare time, he loves cycling and spending time outdoors with his family”
