SAFFORD, Ariz. — The Gila Valley Arizona FamilySearch Center is inviting community members to utilize its local genealogy resources, research assistance and technology services available in Safford.
Located at 515 W. 11th St., the center provides access to local books and historical records, along with public-use computers, printers and scanners to assist individuals researching family history and preserving personal documents.
The center is currently open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Additional appointments may also be scheduled outside regular operating hours.
Organizers say the FamilySearch Center serves as a resource for residents interested in discovering family connections, learning more about local history and accessing genealogy tools in a welcoming environment.
Services are available in English and are open to the public.
