The City of Safford Street Department will be conducting chip seal work on the following roads. Please plan ahead and use alternate routes as needed:
June 2 – 26th Street (from 12th Avenue to 14th Avenue)
June 3 – 8th Street (from 8th Avenue to 14th Avenue)
June 9 – Discovery Park Blvd (Highway 191 to 8th Avenue)
June 10 – Discovery Park Blvd (8th Avenue to 17th Avenue)
June 11 – Discovery Park Blvd (17th Avenue to 20th Avenue)
The impacted roads will be temporarily closed for a few hours on the day of service (weather and equipment permitting). Barricades and cones will be removed once the road is safe to drive on again.
