This fundraiser supports the Give From the Heart Assistance Program, which helps qualified City of Safford utility customers on fixed or limited incomes by providing monthly financial support directly to their utility accounts.
✅ To be eligible for the Give From the Heart Assistance program:
· Must be 62 years or older
· Must be a current City of Safford residential customer
· Meet income requirements:
Total Yearly Income must be at or below the following:
1 household member – $17,496.00
2 household members – $23,664.00
3 household members – $29,832.00
· Must provide documentation (ID, proof of income, residency, etc.)
Must have a good credit history with the City of Safford
