We are a local healthcare center for the greater Safford, Arizona area providing primary care, family planning, pediatric and dental services, we offer affordable health care on a sliding fee scale basis and financial assistance with state and federal programs. Services are provided to all persons without regard to age, sex, religion, ethnic origin, or any other factor.

Medical: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 6:00pm

Dental: Monday – Thursday 7:00am – 6:00pm Closed 12:00pm – 1:00pm (lunch)

Pharmacy: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 6:00pm Closed 12:30pm – 1:00pm

Payments: Offers free or low-cost care based on individual circumstances
