Arizona Community Foundations Names Todd Stoa as Chief Development Officer

PHOENIX—The Arizona Community Foundation (ACF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Todd Stoa who brings extensive wealth-management and donor development and engagement experience, as the organization’s Chief Development Officer, effective January 12, 2026. In this pivotal role, Stoa joins the Executive Team and reports directly to ACF President & CEO Anna María Chávez, Esq.

Prior to joining ACF, Stoa directed Ducks Unlimited’s western region gift planning program, managing high-net-worth donor relationships to support conservation efforts. Prior to DU, Todd led WealthTrust Arizona as President, driving client engagement and retention. His career also includes senior leadership roles at US Bank, UMB Bank, and M&I Bank, showcasing his expertise in strategic financial services and philanthropy.

Stoa will oversee the ACF’s statewide asset development activities. He is responsible for training and guiding ACF’s statewide teams in areas of planned giving, donor stewardship, prospect management, and partnering with professional advisors. Stoa will work closely with existing and future donors, nonprofits, and professional advisors to facilitate lifetime and planned charitable gifts.
