SAFFORD- The Gila Valley Leadership Induction Ceremony and Graham County Chamber of Commerce Soiree took place on June 1.
This highly anticipated event celebrated the achievements of the Gila Valley Leadership Cohort 17 and fostered collaboration among leaders, professionals, and community members.
The evening commenced with the Gila Valley Leadership Induction Ceremony, which served as the focal point of the event. Attendees were immersed in an atmosphere of recognition and pride as the outstanding graduates of Cohort 17 were recognized for completing the Gila Valley Leadership program. The ceremony celebrated the cohort and their next steps into the leadership journey.
“It was amazing getting to know Cohort 17 and sharing this experience with upcoming leaders within our community,” said Vance Bryce, executive director of the Graham County Chamber of Commerce. “The connections and friendships the Cohort have made while with the Gila Valley Leadership program should bolster them as they make the next steps to their goals. We’re so excited to see where they go from here.”
Following the induction ceremony, the monthly Graham County Chamber of Commerce Soiree commenced, adding an extra layer of excitement and networking opportunities to the evening. The Soiree provided a platform for attendees to connect with Chamber Members, local business professionals, and community leaders. These connections foster collaboration, enabling attendees to establish meaningful relationships and explore potential partnerships.
The Gila Valley Leadership Induction Ceremony and Graham County Chamber of Commerce Soiree were not only a celebration of accomplishments but also a manifestation of the vibrant and dynamic community spirit within Graham County. Attendees left the event inspired and motivated to make a positive impact on the local community through their leadership roles.
The Graham County Chamber of Commerce organizers extended their heartfelt gratitude to all participants, sponsors, and volunteers who made this program and event a resounding success.
Gila Valley Leadership, orchestrated by the Chamber, is funded through the Chamber’s Copper Members: Ice King, 420 Collections and Kempton Chevrolet. All the Chamber’s programming is also funded through the Chamber’s community partners, the City of Safford, Town of Thatcher, Town of Pima and Graham County.
