Join the City of Safford, Graham County, the Town of Thatcher, and the Town of Pima for an exciting community initiative called Community Pride Days! From June 8th to June 10th, we are coming together to promote civic pride and keep our neighborhoods clean and beautiful.
During Community Pride Days, Safford residents can take advantage of a special offer: one free load of residential trash at the landfill. Please note that hazardous materials will not be accepted. To qualify for this offer, residents must provide proof of residency. It’s important to ensure that your loads are covered and secured, as uncovered loads will be subject to a $10 charge.
But that’s not all! Safford residents can enjoy this benefit not just during Community Pride Days, but every month. Yes, you read that right! Each month, Safford residents are entitled to one free load of residential trash at the landfill, provided they can provide proof of Safford utility service.
For further details and inquiries, please reach out to the Safford Public Works Department at 928-432-4170.
Let’s come together as a community, demonstrate our pride, and make our neighborhoods cleaner and more inviting during Community Pride Days!
